XCharge (No longer supported)

  • Show Zip:  Show the zip field when processing credit cards.
  • Require Zip:  Require the zip be provided when processing credit cards.
  • Show Address:  Show the Address field when processing credit cards.
  • Require Address:  Require the Address be provided when processing credit cards.
  • Show CVV:  Show the CVV field when processing credit cards.
  • Require CVV:  Require the CVV be provided when processing credit cards.
  • Number of Receipts: Not used, the POS provides receipts (can be used when working with credit card processing machines that print their own receipts).

ETS (now Elavon Bank)

  • Client ID:  Provided by ETS.
  • Master Key:  Provided by ETS.
  • Vendor ID:  Provided by ETS.
  • Target URL:  Provided by ETS.
  • Vendor Name:  Provided by ETS.

Credit Card Processing Fee

  • Processing Fee for Member Payments?:  If enabled, a Processing fee will be applied when Members make payments on account using a Credit Card.
  • Processing Fee for POS?:  If enabled, a Processing fee will be applied when Members purchase items from Retail and F&B POS using a Credit Card.
  • Processing Text:  The text to display on the printed customer receipt.
  • Processing Fee:  The processing rate.

Pre-Authorization (F&B POS Only)

  • Enabled Credit Card Pre-Authorization:  If enabled, a server can pre-authorize a credit card at F&B POS from the Split Tender screen.  The amount of the pre-authorization will be the amount of the ticket.
  • Ask for Pre-Auth with 'Receipt with Signature Line Only':  If enabled, the question is posed to start a Credit Card Pre-Authorization after Clicking the 'Receipt with Signature Line Only' button.
  • Ask for Pre-Auth with 'Receipt with Signature & Gratuity':  If enabled, the question is posed to start a Credit Card Pre-Authorization after Clicking the 'Receipt with Signature & Gratuity' button.
