DRESS REGULATIONS IN THE CLUBHOUSE

The Clubhouse shall be open every day except Mondays, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. The General Manager shall have the power to extend or curtail the hours of Clubhouse operation on special occasions on such terms as he may see fit, otherwise the Clubhouse is closed at 12 midnight. It shall be the duty of the staff in attendance to announce the closing time one-half hour beforehand, in each room occupied by Members, after which all services shall cease.
All Members shall be required to leave the Clubhouse before the time fixed for closing. Members returning to the Club after the Club has closed will not be permitted access to the Club.
The Clubhouse hours will be subject to change from time to time to accommodate demands at the Club. Notices regarding the hours of operation will be posted around the Club premises and in the Marine Driver.
FOOD & BEVERAGE CHARGES
Charges for meals and all refreshments, and times of service, shall be prescribed by the House Committee from time to time.
Members or their Guests are not allowed to bring their own provisions or liquor into the Club.
No game of chance shall be permitted in the Club except when approved by the Board.
Golf bags and clubs are not to be kept in members' lockers and are not to be taken into the locker rooms.
No Member shall remove any article or item of equipment belonging to the Club from the Club Property.
No Member shall actively engage in the practice of procuring for or selling to other Members of the Club, golf equipment in competition to The Golf Shop.
No pamphlet, advertisement or advice of any kind shall be circulated or exhibited within the Club premises by a Member without the approval of the Board.
No subscription paper shall be circulated, no notice shall be placed on the Notice Boards, and no article shall be exposed for sale in the Clubhouse or on the grounds, without authority of the Board.
STAFF ONLY AREAS
No Member or Guest may enter the Kitchen, Bars or any service area, except upon invitation of a member of the Management Team.
Cancelled reservations for all Special Functions, ordered or reserved by a Member or Guest of a Member, must be given to the Office no later than 48 hours prior to the event; in failing to do so, the Member will be charged.
The conduct of Junior Members and any damage they may do shall be the responsibility of the respective parents, guardians and/or sponsors of the Junior Members concerned.
Junior Members are not allowed in the Bull Pen, Men's and Ladies' Locker Rooms.
CHILDREN UNDER 12
Children under twelve years of age are allowed in the Clubhouse when accompanied by an adult.
FOOD & BEVERAGE PRICES
The prices of food and beverage services are published in the Club menus and are not negotiable. Prices for Club sponsored events are discounted in accordance with policy established by the Board of Directors. All special arrangements must be approved in advance by the General Manager and/or Board of Directors.
