R.C.G.A - Rules govern play, and where applicable, the following local rules and definitions apply:
All roadways, cart paths, irrigation equipment, water fountains, driving range netting, posts and support cables, flower beds (not hedges) and all staked trees. Ball may be dropped within one club length of the nearest point of relief, not closer to the hole. No penalty.
Any golf ball finishing within the marked area of the range is 'out of play', and the player must play another ball from the designated drop areas (on either the 2nd or 10th hole) no penalty.
All rock walls forming tees are an integral part of the course and are thus not obstructions.
