**DO NOT USE COURSE LINKING IF YOU ARE AN 18 OR 36 HOLE FACILITY**
If you are operating a 9 or 27 hole facility, Course Linking will assist you in the management of your tee times. It will also give you the flexibility to maximize course usage. Course Linking allows you to track turn times, and will clearly display where there are openings on your course.
When booking a tee time, the group will appear on the tee sheet in two places. The first place will be their time off of the first hole, and the second will indicate their turn time. This mechanism will allow you to maximize course usage without double-booking.
Once you have added your course or courses (in the case of a 27 hole facility) click on the 'Course Linking' button. The following screen will appear:
Decide how you want your course to flow. In the example above, one rotation could be Laurentien to Woodside, Woodside to Pinewood, and Pinewood to Laurentien. In other words, if a player starts on Laurentien, their turn time will appear on Woodside.
Take the courses in the left list, and move them to the box in the right in the order that you have decided on. Once you have put your courses in the order that best suits your facility, choose an average pace of play for nine holes from the drop-down menu. Click Save.
