Use Departments to list all of the managers and head staff for the different departments of your business or club. This is useful for users who are looking for contact information for a specific department, and for giving credit to your hardworking staff.
To create a department click the "New Department" button in the toolbar. The following fields will appear:
Filling these out should take no time at all. Please note that you must have a pre-existing Staff / Contact page in order to select a page in the third field and make your department visible. Press "Add Department" when you are done.
Now that you have a department, you need contacts to put in it. To do this, press the "New Contact" button in the toolbar and fill in the text and selection fields. Click "Add Contact" when you are ready.
Click on "Departments" or "Contacts" at any time if you wish to view the list.
