The new facility is twice the size it was before, with windows overlooking the wooded ravine and golf course. It features a main floor entrance and access is to a patio discreetly set apart from the Terrace.

Within the Fitness room itself there is an enclosed "studio" for specialized classes, which may include Low-Impact Aerobics, muscle conditioning, combination cardio and strength training classes, Yoga and Pilates.

There are a variety of classes offered throughout the week, led either by our own Fitness Professionals or by outside instructors. 

The large, main area of the facility houses our state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Treadmills, Eliptical Trainers, bikes (upright and recumbent), Stairmasters, and Rowers are available for aerobic exercise. Resistance training equipment from Cybex (a leader in the industry) will help you work on specific muscle groups safely, with rapid results. Additionally, there is a free-weights area and lots of floorspace for mat work.
