This bright room with large windows is ideal for social gatherings, parties and meetings. The room will accommodate 40.
The Ashburn Ballroom accommodates 150 (seated) and 200 (stand-up receptions) and is ideal for weddings or social events. This room is also suitable for meetings, presentations and workshops.
This carpeted, private room has a capacity of 15 and is ideal for smaller meetings and workshops.
In the off-season smaller lounges and rooms can be used for break-out groups or small meetings.

Sponsoring Member – The sponsoring member is responsible for the account, and must assume responsibility for any damage resulting from the function and proper conduct of guests. The Club’s rules and dress code apply at all times.
Dress Code – The Club enforces a dress code of smart casual. This prohibits jeans, cut-offs, sweatpants, and baseball caps.
Cell Phone Policy - Please refrain from using cell phones at all times in the Dining Room, Members’ Lounge, and function rooms.
Wireless Internet - Wireless Internet is available throughout the Old Course clubhouse.
Catering – Ashburn caters all functions that take place on the site. No food and beverages of any kind may be brought on the premises, with the exception of celebration cakes.
Ceremony – There will be a fee of $150 for a ceremony that is booked with a reception.
Decorations – Add your own touch to the function room with centerpieces, customized draping, personalized linens, and similar accessories. All decorations must be removed the same day. No sparklers, rice, sequins, or flower petals are permitted, and nothing can be tacked or taped to the walls.
Bar – No alcohol may be brought in from outside. Host and cash bars are available upon request.
Parking – Our large parking lot can accommodate your guests' vehicles. Vehicles may be left overnight at the owners’ risk, but must be picked up early the next day.
Menu selection – Menus must be selected at least two weeks prior to the function. The number of people attending must be guaranteed seven days prior to the event. Ashburn can accommodate special dietary or heath concerns, but arrangements must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled function.
No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted in the Clubhouse.
Guarantee – Ashburn requires an attendance guarantee no later than 48 hours prior to the function. Billing will be based on the guaranteed number or the attendance, whichever is larger. Payment for all functions is due upon receipt of account. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings larger than 100 people.

- SOCAN fee $59.17 plus tax (applicable if entertainment is provided by bands, musicians, tapes, CDs – the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada is the authorized copyright agency for musicians)
Storage – There is limited storage space available. Discuss delivery dates and times with your event coordinator, and label all items clearly with the name and date of your event.
Audio/Visual Rental – Request flip charts, white boards, screens, overhead projectors, LCD, DVD & TV at the time of booking. Ashburn also can arrange for the rental of other audio-visual equipment upon request.
Linen and clean-up – Dining room rentals include white linen napkins, standard white linen tablecloths, china, glassware and silverware. Ashburn provides all clean-up services.
Prices and Menu Selections – Subject to change without notice. HST will be applied to all room rental charges.
Damages – Clients are responsible for any damages done to the Clubhouse and premises.
Limitation of Liability – The Club will not be responsible for the damage to or loss of any property of the client, or injury to any person occurring while on the Club premises, prior to, during, or following any function.
Conduct – The Client/Member agrees to conform with the Bylaws and Policies of Ashburn Golf Club, as well as all provincial and municipal bylaws, rules and regulations concerning the occupation of the premises for the event.
Members and guests are to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the dignity of the Club.
